Ph.D. student Qi Chen in Dr. Jiu-lin Du’s lab was invited to attend the 7th International Kloster Seeon angiogenesis meeting, which was held in Germany during September 14th-18th, 2012. During the meeting, Qi Chen gave an invited talk entitled "Haemodynamics-driven developmental pruning of brain vasculature in zebrafish". This work won the 1st prize for poster presentation in the meeting and previously highlighted by Nature (2012, 488:560).
